Building Products Fit for Marketing
I launched the Change Leaders Playbook Podcast in May 2024. Its purpose is to serve a community of change delivery professionals and leaders of teams, drawing on insights from experienced voices across varied industries to provide actionable insights.
I was glad to welcome my very first guest Anushka Molhatra, Head of Marketing at the UK-based not-for-profit Tech WM. Anushka brought a fresh view of delivering and marketing products users want. Anushka offered her perspectives on what it is like as a voice to amplify the work of the extraordinary talent in the West Midlands region of the UK.
